Conscious Ageing & Eldership for Women
Honouring Wisdom • Embracing Truth • Shaping a Legacy of Love
I support women in midlife and beyond to navigate aging as a sacred rite of passage – integrating psychological growth, embodied wisdom, spiritual awakening, and the emergence of authentic eldership.
There is a season of a woman’s life when the noise of doing quiets, and the deeper voice of being begins to speak. If you are sensing that call — however faint, however new — you are not alone, and you are not too late. This is an invitation to pause, to listen, and to discover what it means to age not with resignation, but with reverence.
Many women in their 50s, 60s and beyond quietly carry the weight of transition: changing bodies, shifting relationships, retirement, empty nesting, grief, financial concerns, loneliness, ageism, caregiving, and the painful sense of becoming unseen.
There comes a time in a woman’s life when the old roles begin to loosen.
The mother, the partner, the professional, the carer, the achiever, the one who held everything together — these identities may still matter, but they no longer tell the whole story.
There is also a deeper call.
A call to stop living from expectation.
A call to listen inwardly.
A call to reclaim the parts of yourself that were set aside.
A call to transform life experience into wisdom.
A different way to grow older
Conscious Aging and eldership is an emerging paradigm that reframes aging not as a process of decline, but as a developmental journey into greater wholeness, wisdom, and authentic selfhood. The woman stepping into elderhood becomes less concerned with proving herself and more interested in embodying presence, integrity, and service.
This is not about trying to stay young.
It is about becoming more fully yourself.
My Philosophy
- Aging is not decline.
- Elderhood is a conscious choice.
- Psychological work and spirituality belong together.
- Women possess enormous untapped wisdom
“Conscious ageing is a sacred pathway of spiritual metamorphosis and the ultimate culmination of a human life.” Cynthia Bourgealt
6 Pillars of Conscious Elderhood
Inner Awakening – Cultivating a deeper relationship with your inner life
Turning inward through reflection, meditation, mindfulness and contemplative practices. Learning to self soothe and find your calm centre in times of anxiety and uncertainty.
Letting Go and Transformation - Releasing what no longer serves your soul
Learning what letting go really feels like in our bodies and how it helps shift places we feel stuck. Being more present to the life we are wanting to live.
Authenticity - Living from your True Self
It acknowledges your wisdom, resilience and strength as well as your vulnerability.
Embodied Wisdom
Honouring your lived experience as a source of insight, emotional maturity and discernment.
Connection – Growing Together in community
Moving beyond isolation through meaningful relationships, interdependence, connection with nature, and supportive circles of women who hold space for one another.
Purpose and Legacy
Offering your wisdom to the world.- Living with intention by sharing your gifts, mentoring others and contributing to family, community and future.
My invitation to you
My Conscious Ageing & Eldership Program for Women is a guided online circle for women who want to explore ageing as a rite of passage rather than a problem to be solved.
Together, we will reflect, share, journal, meditate and gently explore the movement from role to soul — from external expectations to inner authority.
This is a space for depth, truth, tenderness, wisdom and renewal.
- If retirement, empty nesting or the feeling of becoming invisible has left you asking “what now?” — you’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose and identity.
- If grief, loss or a changing body has made you feel unmoored, you’ll find grounded practices to help you make peace with your story and reclaim your footing.
- If loneliness or ageism has left you feeling unseen, you’ll be welcomed into genuine connection with other thoughtful women who understand exactly what this passage feels like.
- And if you’re simply ready to release people-pleasing and old expectations, you’ll gain the tools — reflection, meditation, journalling and guided ceremony — to step into your voice, your wisdom, and your next chapter with clarity and grace.
If any of this stirs something in you, I invite you to join me. Over four weeks, you’ll be held in a small, supportive circle designed to meet you exactly where you are.
