Puberty Girls' Own Period Calendar!

So you're wondering when the happy event's going to come up next? The happy event being your periods, of course. How often you get your periods and when you might expect them might be a little wonky at first. For some girls they may not be regular for some time (6months to 2 years) before a pattern starts to show. I've provided a really easy way of recording the days in between periods so that you can keep track of your cycle. This is handy if you're planning trips away, sleep overs, planning the big race at the swimming carnival or performing in the dance concert you've been preparing for all year. Generally speaking, our menstrual cycle is between 25 and 35 days. But don't stress out if you get your menstruation every 21 or every 36 days, remember we're all going to be different.
